What Youll Need:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred
• Previous experience in a school environment is a strong plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, voice, language, and fluency difficulties
• Provide direct therapy students individually or in small groups
• Deliver progress monitoring and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Work collaboratively with educators and parents to support student IEPs and Communication Plans
• Attend IEP meetings and provide input regarding student progress and therapy goals
• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality
