Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a thriving educational setting. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) onsite, located within reach of Biola, CA. You'll work throughout the full school year, playing a pivotal role in fostering students' communication and language development.

In this role, you will collaborate with teachers, staff, and families, with the support of SLPAs and facilitators. Candidates with a passion for student growth and the ability to manage both high caseloads and referrals will thrive here. While monolingual clinicians are welcome, bilingual Spanish skills are valued. Both seasoned SLPs and SLP-CFs are invited to apply.

Key qualifications:

• Current California SLP credential and CCC required
• Minimum of two years of experience working in California schools
• At least one year of hands-on experience with SEIS documentation systems
• Prior supervision of SLPAs with facilitators is preferred
• Exceptional attention to caseload management and timely processing of referrals
• Onsite availability; virtual placements are not offered for this assignment
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred, but not required

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech and language needs
• Supervise and support SLPAs as part of a collaborative team
• Maintain meticulous records, manage SEIS data, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and families to coordinate service delivery
• Address a diverse range of student needs within a busy, vibrant school environment
