What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, including IEP development
- Familiarity with diverse communication disorders and evidence-based practices
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfort with educational technology and teletherapy platforms is a plus
What Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conduct speech/language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in meetings, training, and professional development activities
- Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports all learners
