What Youll Need to Succeed:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, including IEP development
• Familiarity with diverse communication disorders and evidence-based practices
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfort with educational technology and teletherapy platforms is a plus

What Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conduct speech/language assessments and evaluations
• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in meetings, training, and professional development activities
• Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports all learners
