Qualifications:
- Active PA Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC-SLP certification required
- Previous experience with preschool-aged (preK) caseloads
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies in school environments
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Dedication to collaborative work with school teams and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized education plans, and deliver targeted therapy to early learners
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support each students communication needs
- Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for student success
