Job Description

In this rewarding contract opportunity, youll provide on-site services during the 2025-2026 school year, focusing on young students in vibrant communities throughout multiple counties including Bethlehem, Easton, Stroudsburg, Pike, Monroe, and Hampton County, PA. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available to fit your needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hold or eligible for a Speech-Language Pathologist license in Pennsylvania (SLP-CCC required)
  • Previous experience working with pediatric and early childhood populations, ideally in an educational setting
  • Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Solid understanding of IEP development and therapy documentation in line with state and federal guidelines
  • Passion for fostering communication, language, and social-emotional growth in young learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to early childhood students on-site
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans addressing communication disorders
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to integrate speech interventions into classroom routines
  • Monitor student progress, update IEP goals, and maintain accurate records
  • Serve as an advocate and resource for families, helping them understand their childs needs and progress
  • Contribute to a collaborative, nurturing learning environment that supports every students potential
