This travel opportunity offers a rewarding role as a Speech Language Pathologist serving K-12 students in a school setting located in Bessemer, AL. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students in grades K through 12
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation per clinical and regulatory standards
- Participate actively in team meetings and student progress reviews
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Alabama
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools preferred
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology a plus
- Ability to deliver evidence-based therapies and interventions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Schedule and Setting:
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- School-based therapy serving K-12 students
- Travel position based in Bessemer, AL
