Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in school settings, preferably with K12 students
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to engage diverse learners
Role Highlights:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services for students in a welcoming charter school environment
- Work 2.53 days per week, ensuring support and progress for your caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student growth
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other service providers
- Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights
