This role provides vital speech-language services to a diverse caseload, split between two professionals to ensure individualized attention and growth. Key Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Speech-Language Pathologist credential from IDFPR
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school settings with students from early childhood through middle school is preferred
• Ability to uphold union guidelines regarding the interview process
• ISBE number required upon presentation for consideration

What Youll Do:

• Provide speech-language therapy services on-site to a caseload of approximately 35 students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate students educational progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Split caseload responsibilities with another SLP to optimize student care and service delivery
• Engage as a valuable team member in a dynamic, supportive school environment
