Qualifications & Experience:
- Active California SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Background working in school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt interventions across a range of ages and needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students from transitional kindergarten through 8th grade
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and collaborate on IEP teams
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to implement supportive strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
