Speech Language Pathologist Cassopolis, MI (Contract)
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available in Cassopolis, MI, serving a diverse student population through a school setting contract from April through the end of the academic year. There is also the possibility of extending through the summer to support Extended School Year (ESY) services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to approximately 55 students, including those who are emotionally impaired, moderately cognitively impaired, and severely impaired.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Michigan SLP License.
- Prior experience working in school settings, preferably with caseloads including diverse special needs populations.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is highly desirable.
- Experience with pediatric populations and teletherapy is a plus.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
