This full-time role is ideal for a skilled professional passionate about supporting young learners and collaborating closely with an educational team. The position is set to begin as soon as possible and will continue through the end of the school year, serving one school with a stable caseload of elementary-aged students.

Qualifications:

• Current PA Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and school-based therapy goals is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in grades K-5
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with students IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education professionals, and families to maximize student success
• Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and evaluations in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute therapeutic expertise for student plans
