Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion
- Expertise working with elementary-aged children (K-4th grade preferred)
- Familiarity with IEP development, case management, and school multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in teletherapy platforms and in-person interventions
- Superior communication, organizational, and report-writing abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and deliver therapy for a K-4th grade caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Implement individualized education goals and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of tailored student plans
- Engage in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery, as required
- Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports in accordance with school standards
