Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Illinois State License (IDFPR)
• ISBE Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech Language Pathologist endorsement (SL)
• Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLPs) are welcome to applymentorship and guidance available
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to effectively support students across K-12 grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, deliver direct therapy, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with state and school district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
• Adapt therapy approaches and materials to support students with varied backgrounds and needs
