This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY) who are passionate about working with the pediatric population and supporting student growth.
What were looking for:
- Active SLP credential and PEL with SLP Endorsement
- Background in providing speech and language services to children, ideally within pediatric or school-based settings
- Flexibility and confidence working across K-12 grade levels
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments, diagnoses, and developing tailored therapy plans
- Delivering engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy across multiple school sites
- Tracking student progress and maintaining accurate records
- Participating in IEP meetings and supporting student goals collaboratively
- Educating staff and families about communication disorders and strategies for support
