Qualifications:

  • Valid Wisconsin SLP License required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings highly valued
  • Teletherapy experience welcomed, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver therapy services individually and in groups, both onsite and via teletherapy if needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support educational and therapeutic goals
  • Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, accurate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with the school team
  • Provide supervision or mentorship to SLPs in their Clinical Fellowship Year (as applicable)
