Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Wisconsin speech-language pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Background or training in pediatric speech-language therapy
- Experience in school-based settings highly valued
- Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms, or willing to learn
- Strong skills in assessment, documentation, and individualized treatment planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs and school policies
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for appropriate interventions
- Adapt strategies for both in-person and teletherapy sessions as needed
