Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Wisconsin speech-language pathology license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Background or training in pediatric speech-language therapy
  • Experience in school-based settings highly valued
  • Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms, or willing to learn
  • Strong skills in assessment, documentation, and individualized treatment planning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs and school policies
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for appropriate interventions
  • Adapt strategies for both in-person and teletherapy sessions as needed
