We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for an onsite contract role at an elementary school in the Bellwood, IL area for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a manageable caseload and contribute to a supportive educational community.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active IL Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP Endorsement
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to manage and support a variety of student needs (expressive/receptive/pragmatic language, articulation/phonology, fluency)

Role Highlights:

  • Contract position for the full 2026-2027 academic year
  • 35 hours per week onsite (8:00 am 3:30 pm, includes a 30-minute duty-free lunch)
  • Responsible for approximately 35 students, plus RTI/MTSS support as needed
  • Serve a small 3rd grade cross-categorical instructional classroom
  • Case management for 5-10 speech/language-only students
  • Collaborative work with teachers and other support staff
  • Deliver direct speech/language therapy, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
