The assignment is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, and caseloads will be thoughtfully determined based on staff strengths and experience. Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington SLP license
- ESA certification required
- Background in school-based or pediatric speech-language services is strongly valued
- CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and therapy for students with a range of communication challenges
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and student progress reporting
- Support inclusive education practices for students across various grade levels
