Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate welcome
• Experience working with pediatric populations in schools, clinics, or related settings
• Strong collaboration skills to work with educational teams, students, and parents
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs among students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, adapting strategies for diverse learning profiles
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to monitor progress and suggest classroom supports
• Contribute to the development and review of IEPs, providing documentation and progress reports as required
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide planning
