Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate welcome
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools, clinics, or related settings
- Strong collaboration skills to work with educational teams, students, and parents
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs among students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, adapting strategies for diverse learning profiles
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to monitor progress and suggest classroom supports
- Contribute to the development and review of IEPs, providing documentation and progress reports as required
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide planning
