Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Nebraska (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school setting
• Strong understanding of IEPs and progress reporting
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive environment for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of needs
• Regularly monitor and document student progress in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Educate school staff and families about communication disorders and intervention strategies
