Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Active Maryland Professional Licensure (images required for credentialing)
  • Satisfactory completion of district background check, fingerprinting, and employment history review (per House Bill 486)
  • Previous pediatric/school-based SLP experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions to students across assigned schools (specific caseload/age groups TBD)
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain student progress documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
  • Adhere to state and district policies and compliance standards
