Step into an impactful role supporting childrens communication development as a Speech Language Pathologist for a K-12 and Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) caseload. This contract opportunity is conveniently located near Beaverton, OR and runs onsite from ASAP through June 17, 2026. Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule, working Monday through Friday, 8 am to 3:30 pm, where youll guide students ages 3-5 and across K-12 settings to reach their fullest potential.
Youll collaborate with educators and families, crafting and implementing individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication needs. This position offers the chance to make a direct and lasting impact in a supportive school environment.
Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- Valid Oregon Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Experience working in professional school settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload including K-12 and ages 3-5 in ECSE.
- Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for children with varying needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Support and consult with classroom teachers and families to integrate strategies that benefit students both inside and outside the classroom.
- Serve as an advocate for students language and communication development.
