Job Description

This onsite contract position begins immediately and continues through the end of the school year, offering the chance to make an impact with a manageable caseload of approximately 55 PreK5th grade students across multiple schools. Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLP license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare speech-language pathology settings is highly desirable
  • Comfortable managing typical school-aged caseloads and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication skills, with a passion for empowering young learners

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to PreK5th grade students (approximately 55 students)
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
  • Provide direct and indirect services in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Document student progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Travel between assigned school sites as needed
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students
