Make a meaningful impact in the lives of K-12 students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for the entire 2026-2027 academic year. This onsite contract offers a rewarding opportunity to work collaboratively with educators and families to support student achievement and communication development.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellow (CF) applicants welcome
- Experience in a school setting preferred, with familiarity in working with K-12 populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
What Youll Do:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to foster supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate and thorough records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students with speech-language needs
- Provide consultation and resources to school personnel on communication disorders
