Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid SLP-CCC certification
• Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds also welcome
• Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create and maintain effective educational plans
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of progress and services delivered
• Participate in IEP meetings to provide expertise and recommendations for student services
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment to help students excel academically and socially
