Your background and skills:
- Hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Have a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Eligible for state licensure
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Adept at developing and implementing tailored treatment plans
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
What youll do:
- Provide speech and language therapy for students with diverse needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and monitor progress
- Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
- Offer guidance and training to teachers and families to support student growth
- Maintain clear, organized documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your insights to student success
