Your background and skills:

• Hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Have a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Eligible for state licensure
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Adept at developing and implementing tailored treatment plans
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

What youll do:

• Provide speech and language therapy for students with diverse needs
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and monitor progress
• Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
• Offer guidance and training to teachers and families to support student growth
• Maintain clear, organized documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your insights to student success
