Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, or clinical fellowship year (CFY) in progress
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP or SLPA (Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant)
- Experience with school-based caseloads or in healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy approaches, technology, and best practices, or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Collaborative spirit and passion for helping students reach their fullest potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech-language services to students according to IEP goals
- Conduct assessments to determine students communication needs and progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of services, evaluations, and communication
- Utilize teletherapy platforms when necessary to ensure service continuity
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and development
