An onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Wilmington, DE, working within a K-12 school setting. This full-time contract role offers the chance to provide essential speech and language services to students across all grade levels, making a meaningful impact on their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students K-12
- Conduct testing and assessments to evaluate speech and language needs
- Write individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings collaborating with educators and families
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience working with diverse school-age populations
- Ability to manage a full caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Commitment to onsite work with flexibility to start immediately
