Job Description

As a valued member of the educational team, you will work onsite with the option to work remotely two days each month. Hours are full-time, averaging 37.5 per week, and you can tailor your schedule with very flexible options. The caseload may be focused in either elementary or secondary settings, depending on your preference and expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
  • Previous professional experience in a school setting
  • Commitment to supporting student success and collaborating with educators
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop individualized education plans and provide both direct and consultative services
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain documentation and monitor progress to ensure IEP compliance
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
