Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Michigan required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) in good standing
  • Previous experience working in schools, particularly with early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt services per individual student needs and IEPs
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive school atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments across a range of grade levels
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services within school settings
