A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to support elementary students in an onsite school setting in Battle Creek, MI. This contract role offers the chance to work closely with K-5th grade learners, providing essential speech and language services that enhance communication skills and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students in kindergarten through fifth grade
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Monitor and document progress using appropriate assessments and reporting tools
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to inclusive student support strategies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a valid Michigan Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience working with elementary-age children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and school personnel
- Ability to manage a caseload of 22+ hours per week onsite
