Desired Qualifications:

• Valid MI Speech Language Pathologist License
• Previous experience working with children in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practice
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual and group needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in K-5
• Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Develop targeted therapy goals in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and maintain clear, timely documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Engage students with creative, evidence-based activities that encourage participation
