• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate language, speech, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to support IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy, and progress reports
• Communicate clearly with families, providing guidance and resources
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions as appropriate
