Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and adaptability when working across different grade levels
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, to meet student goals
  • Collaborate with educators and participate in intervention teams to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and records in compliance with regulations
  • Offer training and resources for teachers and families to reinforce strategies in the classroom and at home
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
