Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience delivering pediatric speech therapy services, especially in school settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Compassionate and patient approach to supporting students communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students using evidence-based interventions and strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Provide ongoing progress reports, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer guidance and resources to support staff on speech-language concerns in the educational environment
