This role will allow you to utilize your expertise and compassion to help young learners thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Prior experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings, is highly desired
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention strategies for children
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing school needs

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, tailored to students unique needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students IEP goals and facilitate educational access
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Offer guidance and training to teachers and staff as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and district requirements
