Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Eligibility for Illinois state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in-person and/or virtually
- Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop IEP goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings with families and staff
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
