Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Previous pediatric experience, with a focus on educational or healthcare environments
  • Working knowledge of teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote SLP services
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proper licensure for school-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Deliver therapy across a diverse caseload, addressing articulation, fluency, language, and social communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Document progress and maintain compliant, accurate records
  • Integrate evidence-based practices, whether working on campus or via secure teletherapy platforms
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
