Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
- Previous pediatric experience, with a focus on educational or healthcare environments
- Working knowledge of teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote SLP services
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proper licensure for school-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver therapy across a diverse caseload, addressing articulation, fluency, language, and social communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document progress and maintain compliant, accurate records
- Integrate evidence-based practices, whether working on campus or via secure teletherapy platforms
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
