Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• MI SLP license required for onsite positions
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience or familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices
• Comfortable managing a variety of K-12 caseloads, tailoring support to individual student needs
• Strong collaboration skills for teaming up with educators, families, and support staff

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement targeted speech and language therapy for K-12 students
• Deliver services either onsite or virtually according to student needs and position requirements
• Document progress in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to interdisciplinary teams
• Utilize technology to engage remote learners as needed
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and teachers to support generalization of skills
