Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and comprehensive assessments of students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate updates with team members and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and other collaborative initiatives
- Educate and support school staff and parents on strategies for fostering speech and language growth in students
