Job Description

Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
Prior experience in pediatric settings, ideally within schools
Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based documentation
Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to providing high-quality services

Role Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and provide direct speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students communication development
Maintain accurate progress records and comply with all required school and district documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary support team
