Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and comprehensive assessments of students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate updates with team members and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and other collaborative initiatives
• Educate and support school staff and parents on strategies for fostering speech and language growth in students
