Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students communication and learning as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist within a dynamic educational setting. This contract role begins August 10th, 2026, and runs through June 9th, 2027, offering the opportunity to collaborate across multiple schools in the Baltimore, MD, area. Candidates will be matched to school locations within the district and should provide their current ZIP code for assignment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Ability to travel between assigned school sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy and assessments to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized intervention strategies
  • Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support diverse student populations, promoting language, communication, and social skill development
  • Adapt approaches to address a variety of speech and language challenges
