Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position serves K-12 students and begins in August 2026, concluding in May 2027. Youll be instrumental in supporting students communication skills within a collaborative school environment.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC required)
- Previous experience working in school settings with K-12 populations
- Expertise in assessment, intervention, and therapy for a range of speech and language disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to adapt strategies and interventions to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services for students across a K-12 caseload
- Complete assessments, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student progress
- Maintain thorough, accurate records and documentation
- Participate in team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development
