Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Hold an active Missouri Speech Language Pathologist license
- Experience in school settings is a plus, but a strong passion for student support is essential
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPAs encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with teletherapy, pediatric intervention, and healthcare-related SLP work highly valued
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic team
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and assessments across a single school site
- Manage a diverse caseload from early childhood through twelfth grade, tailoring interventions to each students unique needs
- Work four full days per week (Tuesday through Friday) for a total of 32.5 hours weekly
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain required documentationpaid time allotted for these indirect duties
- Use best practices and evidence-based strategies to nurture students communication and academic development
