This contract opportunity spans the 20262027 school year, partnering with one supportive school site serving students from early childhood through 12th grade. Youll work closely with dedicated educators and families, helping students reach their full communication potential.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Active Missouri Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or CFY welcome
- Background in healthcare or pediatrics, particularly within schools, is valuable
- Teletherapy experience a plus
- School-based experience beneficial, though those with a passion for pediatric and educational settings are encouraged to apply
- SLPA candidates will also be considered
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services in accordance with students IEP goals
- Serve a diverse caseload ranging from early childhood to high school students
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Engage in evaluations, documentation, and progress reporting
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
- Manage responsibilities during a 32.5-hour workweek, Tuesday through Friday
- Enjoy paid time for indirect services and meetings
- Utilize Zoom for the interview process
