Desired Qualifications:

• Hold a valid SLP license
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Experience with pediatric populations in an educational setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP procedures and compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in school settings
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, school psychologists, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
• Attend IEP meetings, staffings, and other school-related events as required
• Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support across various age groups and diagnoses
