Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent).
• Current state licensure in Illinois as an SLP.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
• Excellent organizational abilities and commitment to documentation and compliance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as required.
• Offer consultation and support for teachers to integrate communication strategies in the classroom.
