Job Description

Provide full-time onsite speech-language pathology services in a dynamic school setting, addressing the needs of students from kindergarten through 12th grade, including those with behavioral disabilities. This position requires an Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License and Professional Educator License (PEL) and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Manage caseloads involving students across all grade levels, including those with behavioral challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with behavioral disabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team.
