Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Colorado
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates welcome
• Previous experience providing SLP services in school settings is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to cultural competence and fostering an inclusive environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of needs
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student development and goal achievement
• Provide consultation and training to school staff when needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
