Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting close to Aurora, CO. This full-time position runs from mid-August 2026 through May 2027, with possible earlier start dates for staff preparation. As an onsite SLP, youll provide crucial support four days a week, directly impacting students communication skills in a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Holds a current Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience working with K-12 school populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to working exclusively onsite (no teletherapy)
  • Organization and documentation skills for IEPs and student progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
  • Track progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate results effectively
  • Attend staff and IEP meetings as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment
