Job Description

What you bring:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Valid (or eligible) state licensure for SLP practice
  • Experience working with school-aged children, including IEP development and implementation
  • Strong collaborative skills with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation abilities

Role responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to IEP meetings and evaluation processes
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure an integrated approach to student care
  • Provide direct therapy and intervention for speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication concerns
  • Serve as a resource for colleagues regarding speech and language development strategies
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in school-based therapy
