Job Description

Your expertise in pediatric speech therapy and commitment to student growth will be essential in providing assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families. Whether you hold your CCC or are completing your CFY, your contributions will help students achieve critical communication milestones.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Colorado SLP licensure
  • Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 student populations
  • Accepting SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Background in pediatric or school-based speech therapy preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students in one school location
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress and generalization of communication skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
  • Maintain an organized, proactive approach to managing caseload and service delivery
