We're welcoming energetic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who thrive in school-based settings. Engage in full-time, onsite support from August 6, 2026, through May 26, 2027, serving diverse caseloads ranging from 25 to 45 students. The district values professional developmentattend and receive pay for these valuable days to expand your skills. Both seasoned clinicians and Clinical Fellows (with supervision provided) are encouraged to apply. Please note: this is an in-person position; remote or virtual arrangements are not available.
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification
- Current Colorado SLP license
- Recent experience or practicum in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational teams and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Completion of background check and fingerprinting prior to start
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students aged preschool through high school (caseload and number of schools may vary)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain clear and accurate records consistent with district and professional guidelines
- Engage in district-offered professional development
