Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Georgia state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; new graduates with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify students' speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
  • Support students in developing functional communication skills essential for educational and social development
