Job Description

Make a lasting impact supporting students across an elementary and middle school environment as a contracted Speech Language Pathologist. This rewarding position involves managing an itinerant caseload of approximately 30 students, offering direct, onsite services during the full school year (August to June). What Youll Bring:

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license for Washington State
  • Eligibility for or possession of SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential
  • Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to navigate an itinerant caseload
  • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech/language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in coordination with school teams
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
  • Maintain thorough records and required documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Travel between an elementary and middle school as assigned

This is a full-time, onsite position spanning 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, offering the opportunity to support a diverse population in a school community.
