Job Description

Step into an impactful role providing school-based speech-language pathology services to K-12 students in a vibrant educational community. This contract position supports a diverse caseload of approximately 67 students across 23 schools, offering an opportunity to make a difference for children from Kindergarten through high school graduation. Flexible start is available as soon as possible, continuing through the end of the school year.

Leverage your expertise in traditional and teletherapy models, supporting students communication and social skills while collaborating with educational teams. Whether you hold your CCC or are an experienced SLPA, this engaging position offers varied settings and populations for ongoing professional growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP-CCC or SLPA license
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged caseloads (K-12 preferred)
  • Skilled in in-person and/or teletherapy speech-language services
  • Familiarity with IEP development and school documentation
  • Ability to work flexibly at multiple school locations as an itinerant provider
  • Commitment to collaborative, student-centered service delivery

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy for assigned students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in paid team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support
  • Utilize supported IEP systems; district-specific training provided
  • Travel between 23 schools as needed (paid travel time)
  • Engage with families, teachers, and administrators to maximize student outcomes
